CTS Customer Satisfaction Policy

  1. Your satisfaction is my number one goal.  The only reason I'm in business is because of you, the customer.  We will strive to make any contact you have with Custom Trading Solutions beneficial and gratifying.  You are not just buying a product, but a long-term relationship. 

  2. With every product, you get free support for the duration of the license.  I want you to use the products in your trading, and I'll do all I can to help you do that!  If you have any questions or problems with any of the products, email support@customtradingsolutions.com or call toll-free (877) 414-3388.

  3. Do you have any suggestions or ideas to improve products or services? I WANT TO KNOW.  Please mail me and give me your comments.

  4. If you have purchased a limited-time license for a product, we will attempt to contact you before your license expires to remind you to renew.  Please keep us informed when your address, phone, or email address changes, so that we can contact you in a timely fashion.  We will NEVER charge your credit card without your express permission!

  5. Due to the nature of the products, I am unable to offer refunds on the software products.  If there is anything about the product that you are unhappy with, please let me know and I will do everything in my power to make it right.
