If you have purchased a limited-time license for a product, we will attempt to
contact you before your license expires to remind you to renew. Please keep
us informed when your address, phone, or email address changes, so that we can
contact you in a timely fashion. We will NEVER charge your credit card
without your express permission!
Due to the nature of the products, I am unable to offer refunds on the
software products. If there is anything about the product that you are
unhappy with, please let me know and I will do everything in my power to make
